Do you have a minimum order for free delivery?

£500.00 net of VAT is the minimum order for free delivery. The mix of the order is up to you.

How much is your delivery?

The cost of delivery below this amount would depend on where how and when the order was required. (Cost to be negotiated.)
Ireland north and south and Scotland have to be priced individually.

Do you palletise large orders?

We can send orders out on pallets or in crates via a Haulier.

When can I expect my delivery?

Our normal delivery time would be 2/3 weeks from order. We endeavour to deliver all orders as soon as possible.

How do I pay for delivery?

Payment terms for in house delivery (on our van) are Cheque/Cash on delivery.
When a pallet or crate are being sent on a haulier. Payment would be made prior to delivery by Debit/Credit Card or Internet Bank transfer.

What happens if my order is not in stock?

If an Item is not in stock the balance of the order will be delivered.
Any back orders will be added to the customers next order. Please make it clear if you don’t wish this to happen.

What timber is used?

We use American Oak and Oak Veneers in some parts of the construction.

What is the Painted Range made of?

The painted range is made with MDF for the carcasses some soft woods for the internals and the top is solid Oak.

How do we deliver?

We deliver in two ways either by Pallet or in ower own van to your door or warehouse if you prefer.

How long does delivery take?

We try to deliver within 2 weeks of the order arriving. We will despatch the order in part if we don’t have it all in stock then back order the balance to be delivered later. Most of the time we have most items in stock if not they should arrive within 2-4 weeks.

Payment is normally on delivery either by cheque card of bank transfer. If you wish to open a 30 day account please request an account opening form. This will then go through our credit agency and a credit limit set. If you are a new customer you will be asked to pay a pro-forma invoice prior to the goods being despatched.
